"Location" by Khalid Review

We all now  Khalid as a famous  American singer and songwriter, who rose to fame with his debut single ''Location" when he was at the age of 18 years old in 2016 . All in all, “Location” is an excellent, chill urban contemporary record. This is not a complexly written song, but it doesn't need to be. “Location” is highly relatable toward young love and Khalid shows off a beautiful  but yet an R & B  type of voice.

IT DOESN’T MATTER.  Khalid has already proven he has pipes. Location serves as Khalid’s breakthrough single.  In an age where only select R&B graces the Billboard Hot 100, “Location” has earned a spot, deservingly. The best attribute of the single is the voice, pure and simple. Currently, there is no one who sounds like the teen artist – he’s in his own lane.

The lyrics of “Location” purely center on love. A girl from Khalid’s hometown in El Paso, Texas was the inspiration behind the song’s lyrics. According to him, both he and the girl liked each other very much but the emotional obstacles between them prevented a meaningful relationship from developing.

The lyrics expresses his feeling and his desire towards his lover .
“Send me your location, let’s
Focus on communicating, ‘cause
I just need the time and place to come through...
Send me your location, let’s
Ride the vibrations
I don’t need nothing else but you.”
He questions his feelings
“At times, I wonder why I fool with you
But this is new to me, this is new to you.”.

Honestly, this song is so relatable in terms of love in my present generation,
showcasing how so many relationships are originated from meeting online. It shows
what's really happening now. Today, young teenagers meet there Boyfriends and Girlfriends
and even boys simping over online on Instagram. Besides it's true and I know you all
know that this is actually true. Comparing our parents generation it has drastically Changed
overtime.
